He remains anonymous and was never called by the prosecution. His timing — the figure arriving about 12:22 — corroborates rather than contradicts the official sequence, and daylight makes the absence of muzzle flash forensically uninformative.

An unnamed source is described as saying the call from the car does exist — a three-to-five-minute open line where nobody engaged the operator, carrying "we are taking him to the hospital," high-speed driving sounds, and the phrase "get that off of him." No recording has been produced, and the suggested meanings for "that" are the teller's speculation rather than the source's information. If the audio exists it answers a standing question; as presented it is one voice describing tape no one else has heard.

Footage held privately since October 2025 is released, showing the figure drop into a lateral crawl — movement the anonymous filmer had described in a September 2025 interview before any footage was public. It cuts two ways at once: it corroborates that witness, and it matches what prosecutors themselves described at the hearing, where the State's account also has the figure crawling to the corner before going prone. No gun is visible in it, a limit its publisher states plainly.

Three medical objections are raised by credentialed but anonymous correspondents. A companion claim that Utah's chief medical examiner resigned has no 2026 record — the article circulating under it dates from 2016 and concerns a different official.

A source is described as saying the hospital emergency room was cleared during the 10 a.m. hour on September 10 and its patients shuttled to another hospital by about 11:30 — two hours before the shooting. If documented it would be the strongest foreknowledge evidence in the case, and the right test is set out plainly: a shuttle was booked and driven, and staff at the receiving hospital saw it arrive. Single-sourced, with the offered corroboration coming from the same sourcing.

The show driving the counter-narrative withdraws an insinuation about a named officer after an innocent explanation surfaces — he was conducting a threat assessment for an event ten days later — and separately withdraws a religious-practice argument underpinning one of its own theories, the practice having been permitted since 1963. Recorded here because error-correction is evidence about a source, and it points the opposite way from most of the errors catalogued alongside it.

In stairwell footage, the man in the maroon shirt is said to hold a phone in his left hand and pocket it on the left; Robinson is described as right-handed, his roommate as left-handed or ambidextrous. Handedness read from one blurred frame is unreliable — but the claim is specific, falsifiable, and answerable by a single unblurred 4K frame the State already holds, which makes it worth more than arguments that cannot lose. Also today: "Luna," the name opening Robinson's letter, is identified as a cartoon character — undercutting the trans-motive reading and a counter-narrative staging theory at the same time.

Pressed on whether Israel was on the ground and shot Kirk, Owens says she cannot say that and has no direct proof — while maintaining an "Israeli angle." Wilson argues the physical and testimonial record against Robinson. Neither side produces a document the other had not seen.

Three different explanations for taking the card down are now on the record from the organisation's side. The host declined to call it a crime.

The debater who read the exchange aloud on August 14 publishes screenshots on his own programme, with timestamps. The organisation that supplied them has not publicly vouched for them; the host disputes the platform (iMessage, not Telegram, per her source), the words "the left," and notes the timestamps fall during Kirk's Zoom call with Israeli officials two hours after his text leaving the pro-Israel cause. If authentic, the message contradicts the widow's December 11, 2025 statement on Glenn Beck that no such message existed, and supports the "feared the left" account at the same time. One sentence from the custodian would settle it.

A companion insinuation that she resembles the figure on the campus stairs is evidence-free.

All on footage. The inference that the vehicle was "locked on arrival" and someone had keys they should not have has no source; keys staying with a protective vehicle is standard practice.

Footage said to show the security team returning to campus after 8:30 p.m. on September 10, 2025 in hospital scrubs, including a member who on the public footage never touched Kirk and never rode in the SUV. "When and where did he put them on, and why" is a fair question; that the team went to the hospital later and was issued scrubs there is an ordinary answer the host herself allowed. Also aired: a bystander's contemporaneous account of a man climbing out of the SUV's rear hatch at the hospital, and an unnamed doctor said to have asked to be removed from the records, offered as "just putting that out there."

A figure in a black shirt at 11:53 a.m. stands texting for ninety seconds before descending a stairwell with the right knee fully bent, offered against the "rifle down the trouser leg" theory; the staffer who held the card is seen working in a van at 1:00 p.m.; and the chief of staff is seen twenty-five minutes after the shot giving a recorded statement to an officer in a task-force vest. Each is real footage with an ordinary reading. On the same broadcast, the pastor who rode in the SUV calls the year-long CPR contradiction with the security lead an "irrelevant detail"; the contradiction itself stands.
