Clock Tower X LLC (Delaware) registered under FARA on September 18, 2025 — a strategic-communications operator for Havas Media on behalf of the State of Israel, "to combat anti-semitism." The registrant is Brad Parscale, former Trump 2020 campaign manager and Chief Strategy Officer of Salem Media, which broadcasts The Charlie Kirk Show. The services agreement was drafted August 27, 2025 and signed September 8, 2025 — the day before Kirk's "they are going to kill me" texts. The filing records an unexplained $999,000 payment to a separate "Clock Tower LLC" Delaware entity.

Show Faith by Works LLC (San Diego) filed under FARA on September 27, 2025, eight days after Kirk's death, registering as a foreign agent on behalf of Israel with a $3.2M budget plus an $835K supplement. The stated plan was a geo-fenced digital campaign targeting major churches and Christian colleges across California, Arizona, Nevada and Colorado, plus an "October 7th experience" VR mobile trailer for church and Christian-college parking lots. Named targets include the Calvary Chapel network and Dream City Church in Phoenix.

FARA enforcement was narrowed earlier the same year. On February 5, 2025 — her swearing-in day — Attorney General Pam Bondi disbanded the FBI Foreign Influence Task Force and narrowed FARA criminal enforcement to "traditional espionage" actors only. The Clock Tower X and Show Faith by Works registrations followed in this loosened-enforcement environment.

The drafting firm and timeline are documented. Dhillon Law Group began drafting the FARA paperwork for Havas Media — covering both LLCs — on August 27, 2025, before Kirk's death, and the registrations were finalized September 18, 2025.

On Fox News, September 11, 2025 — under twenty-four hours after Kirk's death — Benjamin Netanyahu went on air and, unprompted, denied Israeli involvement, invoked a May 2, 2025 letter from Kirk, read two sentences of it aloud, and said he had recently phoned Kirk to invite him to Israel.

Netanyahu has declined to publish the full text of the May 2 letter despite public requests. He also stated he "didn't even have Charlie's number" as of May 2025 — which sits awkwardly against surrogate framing of a close relationship. Both are matters of public record.

The official Epstein email tranches of 2025 and 2026 are documentary released government material. The 2026 tranche includes Epstein's own correspondence with Peter Thiel and the line in which Epstein writes that he "represents the Rothschilds," among other named exchanges. The only official response to the assassination-squad allegation came from the French Ministry of the Armed Forces: "Tyler Robinson never trained with the French Foreign Legion" — a narrow statement addressing Robinson by name only. Lynn Forester de Rothschild is listed as "President, Corcoran Group, Inc." on a May 26, 2020 Epstein-files background-research document, alongside a redacted agency email. Erika Frantzve obtained her New York real-estate license at the Corcoran Group in October 2018. The document and the license are both real.

The significance of the Corcoran overlap — that a shared brokerage name links the two women in any meaningful way — is argued, not established. The two facts are documented; the connection drawn between them is interpretation.

Charlie Kirk, on his own podcast, alleged that Jeffrey Epstein was a Mossad or intelligence blackmail operation. Documented that he said it.

The unifying claim: that Kirk was killed because he broke from the pro-Israel donor cause, and/or because he had become an Epstein and Iran-war liability — with French state actors, Egyptian aircraft, and Israeli-linked operators involved, and the US government declining to investigate. The French assassination-squad allegation — a roughly $1.5M, GIGN-drawn team, framed as Macron retaliation for Becoming Brigitte — rests on Owens' November 25, 2025 X thread, the Ministry's narrow non-denial, and Durov's "plausible." No verified evidence ties any Legionnaire to Utah Valley University.
