The Kirk Case — just the facts.

How to read this document

Every item below is either (a) the government's own stated position, (b) in the public court record, (c) on the record from a named individual on video, audio, or in a publication, or (d) publicly queryable data.

The final section catalogs items that still depend on single-source reporting, flagged separately so you can weight them however you like. Skip to Part 5 if you want to see the items that could not be cross-sourced. They are not hidden.

This is not an argument. This document does not try to prove who killed Charlie Kirk, or why. It catalogs what is verifiable. Whether any of it adds up to a specific conclusion is a separate question this document deliberately does not answer.

The government's stated position

This is the narrative that Governor Spencer Cox, FBI Director Kash Patel, and the Utah County prosecution have publicly articulated. Each item is checkable against their own press conferences, statements, and filings.

1. On September 10, 2025, at approximately 12:23 PM Mountain Time, Charlie Kirk was shot once in the neck while speaking at a Turning Point USA "Prove Me Wrong" event at Utah Valley University in Orem.
2. Kirk was transported by his security team to Timpanogos Regional Hospital in Orem, where he was pronounced dead later that afternoon.
3. Tyler Robinson, a 22-year-old Utah State University student, is charged with the shooting.
4. According to the state, Robinson acted alone.
5. The motive alleged by prosecutors is political radicalization against Kirk, shaped by influence from Robinson's transgender roommate, Lance Twiggs.
6. The weapon: a Mauser Model 98 bolt-action rifle, allegedly owned previously by Robinson's grandfather, recovered in a wooded area near UVU, wrapped in a towel.
7. Robinson is said to have fired from the roof of the Losee Center, a UVU building roughly 150–200 yards from Kirk's tent.
8. Robinson allegedly surrendered at the Washington County, Utah sheriff's office at 10:26 PM on September 11 — approximately 33 hours after the shooting — after a family friend (retired deputy Mike Mitchell) persuaded him.
9. Governor Cox held a 7 AM press conference on September 12, 2025 stating "we got him."
10. The investigation was treated as effectively closed within days.
11. Per Kash Patel's late-September statement, open investigative threads still included: plane-transponder activity, Discord messages, potential accomplices, angle of shot, and hand gestures at the event. (This is the government acknowledging on the record that elements of the case were not fully resolved at the "we got him" moment.)

That is the government's position. Everything below is independently verifiable.

Facts from the court record

These come from filings, hearing transcripts, and attorney statements made in open court. They are reviewable in the Utah County court docket for the Robinson case.

1. At the continuance hearing on April 17, 2026, defense attorney Richard Novak stated in open court that the FBI has produced only summary reports to the defense — no underlying forensic data files, no electronic chain-of-custody, no raw forensic-examination data. The ATF had produced its data within the prior three weeks. The FBI still had not.
2. At the same hearing, defense attorney Kathy Nester stated in open court that the defense has not been given access to Tyler Robinson's phone and has never physically seen the rifle attributed to Robinson. The rifle is held at FBI Quantico in Virginia, despite the case being a Utah state prosecution.
3. Per the defense motions, the ATF cannot match the recovered bullet fragments to the Mauser rifle attributed to Robinson. The ATF report describes one bullet jacket fragment and four lead fragments — not a recovered intact round.
4. The FBI has proposed using Comparative Bullet Lead Analysis (CBLA) to establish a match through an alternative method. CBLA was formally abandoned by the FBI in 2005 after the National Academy of Sciences published a report discrediting its statistical validity. Between its use and its abandonment, CBLA had been used in approximately 2,500 cases and contributed to multiple wrongful convictions later overturned. Documented in the Washington Post's 2007 coverage and the NAS report itself.
5. Autopsy timeline, per the court record:
   • Autopsy photographs taken September 10, 2025 (day of death)
   • Autopsy report completed September 16, 2025
   • Report first provided to defense November 13, 2025 (~2-month delay)
   • Autopsy photographs first produced to defense March 18, 2026 (~5-month delay)
6. At the March 12, 2026 pretrial conference, the prosecution stated it intends to introduce the autopsy report at the probable-cause hearing without supporting expert testimony — as a records-custodian exhibit only.
7. On March 12, 2026, the prosecution delivered to the defense a discovery dump of 12 terabytes / ~600,000 files, on top of previously provided 20,000 files (61,500 pages), 31 hours of audio, and 700 hours of video. The preliminary hearing was scheduled for the week of May 18, 2026.
8. The defense's 181-page "Motion to Exclude Cameras from Preliminary Hearing" (filed March 30, 2026, page 78) quotes Tyler Robinson at 6:25 PM on September 11, 2025, asking for Washington County public defender Doug Terry by name and stating that Terry's office "is closed for the night." This places Robinson in custody approximately four hours earlier than the governor's publicly-stated 10:26 PM surrender time.
9. An SBI Agent Brian Davis arrest timestamp separately places Robinson in custody by approximately 10 PM on September 11, supporting the earlier-custody timeline rather than the governor's narrative.
10. Washington County public defender Doug Terry retired on December 17, 2025, per his St. George News retirement profile. He had served 40 years as the county's managing public defender. Robinson naming him by name would be consistent with a local adult involved in Robinson's legal decision-making, who knew Washington County practice well.
11. Sheriff Nate Brooksby (Washington County, Utah) resigned abruptly in late March 2026, during an election cycle. His name was removed from the sheriff's office website and social media shortly after. Brooksby had given an earlier interview describing Tyler Robinson as having been pressured to come in by Mike Mitchell — not as having walked in with a written confession. His resignation is a public record event.
12. A $25 million estate lawsuit — Alton C. Jennings v. Turning Point Action/YAF — was filed in December 2024 by Jennings's grandson, contesting the redirect of his grandfather's estate to TPUSA Action and Young Americans Foundation four months before Kirk's death. The caretaker's son works at The Charlie Kirk Show. This is in the court record.

Named individuals on the record

Every item in this section is a named individual speaking on the record in a broadcast, recorded interview, or published document that can be retrieved. No anonymous tipsters.

Charlie Kirk's own statements (months before his death)

1. August 6, 2025 — Megyn Kelly interview (broadcast, recorded): Kirk said on air that he was being subjected to "moral blackmail" over his Israel-related positions. Interview is public.
2. August 2025 — Myrtle Beach TPUSA event (recorded): Kirk publicly refused to end his friendship with Candace Owens under what he described as "moral blackmail." Clip is public.
3. September 9, 2025 — Ben Shapiro interview, final radio show (broadcast, recorded): Kirk asked three direct questions on (a) allegations of Israeli genocide, (b) Netanyahu's "you can't be MAGA if you're anti-Israel" framing, and (c) whether U.S. media is telling the truth about Israel. Clip is public.
4. On his own podcast (multiple episodes, public): Kirk repeatedly opposed U.S. regime change in Iran.
5. On his own podcast (public): Kirk alleged that Jeffrey Epstein was a Mossad / intelligence-agency asset running a blackmail operation.

Bret Weinstein (evolutionary biologist, podcaster)

6. Published June 18, 2025 text exchange with Charlie Kirk (Weinstein's X account, March 2026): The text confirms Kirk spent two full days at the White House during the Iran-Israel conflict, personally lobbying President Trump against expanded military engagement. Weinstein is a named public figure; the text is published and verifiable from his feed.

Joe Kent (former Director, National Counterterrorism Center)

7. March 17, 2026 — formal resignation as NCTC Director, citing the Iran war as "manufactured by Israel" and stating that misinformation had "deceived" President Trump. Public record.
8. Post-resignation interview with Tucker Carlson (broadcast, recorded): Kent stated on camera that the FBI blocked NCTC from pursuing foreign-involvement leads in the Kirk investigation. He disclosed that Kirk's last words to him in the West Wing in June 2025 were: "Joe, stop us from getting into a war with Iran." Interview is public.

Rob O'Neill (retired U.S. Navy SEAL, SEAL Team Six)

9. Piers Morgan Uncensored interview (broadcast, recorded): O'Neill publicly disputed the account of Kirk's wound, calling the "bullet stopped in the neck" / body-armor-deflection framing implausible, and calling the released Tyler Robinson text messages unbelievable. Interview is public.

10. Public livestream: Savage called the Mauser-barrel-disassembly narrative implausible on the record.
11. Public broadcast: Jones publicly disputed the "Man of Steel / Superman neck" framing, stating that a standard .30-06 round at that range would produce a through-and-through wound.

Tyler Robinson's grandfather

12. Courthouse audio from the April 17, 2026 continuance hearing break: A recording made during a hearing break, with Elizabeth Lane present, captures Robinson's grandfather identifying himself as a hunter who was taught ballistics by his cop father, stating he is at the hearing "to support" his grandson, and stating that the wound "is not what a .30-06 would do." Audio is public.

13. Public statements: She has publicly said she does not believe her grandson was responsible.

Lance Twiggs's family

14. Public statements to independent journalists: Twiggs's extended family (owners of the townhome where Robinson was staying) has disputed the FBI's account that Lance cooperated in the raid. They describe the raid as contested, report that someone illegally changed the locks afterward, and state that Lance was detained (not merely a cooperative witness). Lance is currently refusing all family communication.

Netanyahu

15. Fox News, September 11, 2025 (broadcast, <24 hours after Kirk's death, recorded): Netanyahu invoked a May 2, 2025 Kirk letter on air, reading two sentences, and said he had recently phoned Kirk inviting him to Israel. Interview is public.
16. Netanyahu has declined to publish the full text of the May 2 letter despite public requests — itself a matter of public record.

Andrew Kolvet (TPUSA Communications Director, executive producer of The Charlie Kirk Show)

17. Kolvet's September 22, 2025 X post: Introduced the "Man of Steel / Superman neck" framing — the bullet stopped in Kirk's neck because of unusual bone density, and the coroner "did find the bullet just beneath the skin." Post is public.
18. The Charlie Kirk Show, October 7, 2025 (broadcast, recorded): Kolvet confirmed on air that the leaked September 8–9 group-chat screenshot is real. He stated he had already shared the screenshot "with some people in government." Broadcast is public.
19. Kolvet's later revisions to the wound story (on record):
    • Sept 22 — bullet just beneath the skin
    • Sept 23 — "fragmented in the thorax" on downward C2-to-C6 trajectory (private call, later described by Owens on air)
    • Late 2025 — via Brian Harpel on Sean Ryan's podcast, the bullet "lodged in Kirk's stomach"
20. Kolvet on The Charlie Kirk Show radio, March 23, 2026 (broadcast, recorded): Admitted on air that he personally gave the September 8–9 group-chat screenshots to Joe Kent. This is the same screenshot Kolvet's surrogates later demanded Kent be arrested for possessing. Broadcast is public.
21. Kolvet on Ross Douthat's The Interesting Times podcast (NYT, December 11, 2025, broadcast, recorded): Kolvet stated on air that he booked a September 9 Ben Carollo "eyebrow" interview against Kirk's will — while the "they're going to kill me" text-chain and group-chat pressure were active. Broadcast is public.

Brian Harpel (TPUSA head of security)

22. Sean Ryan Show interview (broadcast, recorded): Harpel stated that drones were not used around Kirk's motorcade because Provo airspace did not permit them. Broadcast is public.
23. Sean Ryan Show interview (broadcast, recorded): Harpel stated, twice on air, that critics who "say things that aren't true" should be "put in the wayback machine" — explicitly framed as physical violence (1985-style). Broadcast is public.

Frank Turek (Cross Examined apologetics ministry, Kirk-adjacent)

24. Megyn Kelly Show interview (broadcast, recorded): Turek said Kirk's team had drones up, texting Kirk video from the motorcade car in real time. Broadcast is public. This directly contradicts Brian Harpel's statement (#22). Both statements are on the record. Both men cannot be correct.

Blake Neff (co-host, The Charlie Kirk Show)

25. X posts (public): Neff has publicly called Candace Owens a "psychopathic predator" and a "maniac brandishing a knife on the subway." Posts are public.

Erika Kirk

26. CBS News town hall with Bari Weiss, December 12, 2025 (broadcast, recorded): Asked what she would say to Candace Owens, Erika responded with one word: "Stop." Broadcast is public.
27. Harris Faulkner interview, Fox News (broadcast, recorded): Erika quoted the Book of Nehemiah ("I will not come down") and characterized independent investigators as "conspiracy theorists." Broadcast is public.
28. Jesse Watters interview, Fox News (broadcast, recorded): Erika said Charlie "grabbed his wedding band" the morning of September 10 — implying the ring had been off. She described sending him to sleep in their daughter's room the night before. Broadcast is public.
29. NYT DealBook Summit, December 3, 2025 (event recording, public): Erika shared a stage with Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent. The IRS letter confirming no active investigation of four TPUSA entities was dated December 4, 2025 — a one-day turnaround on her December 3 request. Both are in the public record.

Bishop Joseph Brennan (Diocese of Fresno)

30. Angelus News article (Archdiocese of Los Angeles newspaper), September 18, 2025: Brennan stated that at a pro-life prayer breakfast the week before Kirk's death, Kirk told him "I love my Catholic pastor" and "I'm this close" to entering the Catholic Church. Article is published and retrievable.

Father Don Klein (St. Bernadette Parish, Scottsdale, Kirk's alleged home parish)

31. Recorded phone call with Baron Coleman (audio public): Klein said on the record: "I don't know anything about any converting to Catholicism. That's news to me." Call is public.

Items #30 and #31 cannot both be accurate. Both are on the record by named clergy.

Mitch Snow's son

32. Paramount Tactical's Dangerous Liberty show (broadcast, recorded): Snow's son stated on air that Fort Huachuca called him on September 9, 2025, because his father had been detained. Fort Huachuca had the son listed as his father's #1 emergency contact. This corroborates that Mitch Snow (a named individual) was physically present and detained at Fort Huachuca on September 9. Broadcast is public.

Pavel Durov (founder, Telegram)

33. Public X post: Durov called Owens' allegation regarding French Foreign Legion involvement "entirely plausible." Post is public.

Brad McCrae (Mosaic Events, TPUSA production vendor since 2019)

34. On the record to Frank Turek (recorded): McCrae said the call to move Kirk's memorial from Desert Diamond Arena (14–16K capacity) to State Farm Stadium (80K capacity) came the Friday before the memorial: "the White House now wants to be involved, they expect unbelievable attendance." Broadcast is public.

Mikey McCoy (TPUSA Chief of Staff)

35. On Frank Turek's show (recorded): McCoy said regarding the venue change: "me, Erika, Elizabeth — we all looked at each other, we're like, more, more, more, more people." This is on the record. It does not match McCrae's account in #34. Broadcast is public.
36. TPUSA public statement: McCoy walked away from Kirk after the shot because Kirk had personally trained him in that protocol. This is TPUSA's own framing.

John Yep (Catholics for Catholics; 2024 TPUSA ballot-chase partner)

37. On Baron Coleman's show (broadcast, recorded): Yep stated on camera that he attended daily Mass with Kirk at St. Bernadette's Scottsdale; that Kirk told him in May 2024 via text "I've been trying to see my priest and I'm interested in becoming Catholic"; that Bishop Brennan encountered Kirk September 4, 2025 saying "I am this close"; that St. Bernadette's staff confirmed Kirk had committed to Catholic initiation classes; and that Catholic funeral/burial photos exist. TPUSA Arkansas chapter

38. Public disaffiliation from national TPUSA on or around March 17, 2026, stating concerns about the national organization's response to the Kent resignation. Disaffiliation is public.

Rob McCoy (Godspeak Calvary Chapel, Thousand Oaks)

39. August 22, 2025 "Endeavoring for Unity" sermon (public until pulled): McCoy delivered a 53-minute sermon explicitly framed around Charlie Kirk, Israel, and Matthew 18 "mark them" church-discipline escalation. McCoy stated in the sermon that Kirk had "pivoted" away from Israel and that his death threats "have increased exponentially since that time." Publicly delivered.
40. July 27, 2025 sermon ("Has God Cast Away His People?"): Previously public on both YouTube and Rumble. Subsequently pulled from both platforms. Absence is documentable via Wayback Machine snapshots.

Publicly verifiable data

Every item below can be independently queried from public sources: ADS-B Exchange and Flightradar24 for flight records, USAspending.gov, FARA filings, IRS Form 990s via Candid, the Wayback Machine, and public court dockets.

Flight data

1. SU-BND (Egyptian-government Gulfstream IV) — powered on and transponding at Duncan Aviation FBO in Provo, Utah on September 10, 2025 from 09:05:36 to 10:34:05 MT, then went dark, then powered back on from 12:40:53 to 13:29:40 MT — 17 minutes after Kirk was shot.
2. SU-BTT (Egyptian-government Dassault Falcon 7X) — departed Provo the morning of September 10, 2025; landed Wilmington, Delaware at 11:51 AM ET; stayed overnight; departed Wilmington for Cairo at 7:56 AM ET on September 11, 2025.
3. SU-BTU (third Egyptian-government tail) — landed Provo May 23 – June 2, 2025 (per ADS-B). Passenger "Walid Mahmoud" identified on that flight and on the September 10 SU-BTT outbound flight.
4. The Egyptian presidency's official website confirms SU-BTU carried President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi to Riyadh on April 3, 2023 to meet the Saudi crown prince. This establishes that a presidential-tier Egyptian aircraft repeatedly landed in Provo, Utah in 2025.
5. USAF Special Air Mission (SAM 000) flight — flew Joint Base Andrews → Colorado Springs → Tucson → Fort Huachuca, Arizona on September 7–8, 2025, with transponder off entering the base. Departed September 9 at 11:43 AM → El Paso → Joint Base Andrews. Publicly tracked in ADS-B.
6. GIS surveillance aircraft N59906 — circled UVU from approximately 11:55 AM to 12:10 PM MT on September 10, 2025 (10–15 minutes before the shot). Public flight data.
7. Haitian military aircraft — flew an anomalous loop through UVU airspace on September 10, 2025. Public flight data.
8. Charlie Kirk's G5 (tail N102DZ) — departed Scottsdale 7:12 AM MT, landed Salt Lake City 9:23 AM MT. Departed Salt Lake City ~1:00 PM MT, flew back to Scottsdale. Later (~2:31 PM MT) departed Scottsdale for Provo, landing 3:31 PM MT.
9. Plane N560TW — landed Provo ~10:06 AM MT Sept 10; flew empty to Santa Barbara departing 10:24 AM MT (2 hours before shooting); landed Santa Barbara 12:15 PM MT (8 minutes before shooting); departed Santa Barbara 12:33 PM MT (10 minutes after shooting); landed Scottsdale 1:44 PM MT.

Public filings and records

10. DRBA (Delaware River & Bay Authority) lease records, December 10, 2024 — SATYS (French aviation-finishing company) took over the shuttered Wilmington Dassault hangar. The lease chains through the Army Corps of Engineers to the Secretary of Defense. Record is public.
11. Department of Justice 1997 directory, page 675 — lists 920 North King Street, Wilmington, Delaware (One Rodney Square, Suite 404) as housing FBI, DEA, and U.S. Secret Service simultaneously. Document is public.
12. Clock Tower X LLC (Delaware) FARA registration, September 18, 2025 — strategic-communications contractor for Havas Media on behalf of the State of Israel, "to combat anti-semitism." Registrant: Brad Parscale (former Trump 2020 campaign manager, Salem Media CSO). Services agreement drafted August 27, 2025, signed September 8, 2025 — the day before Kirk's "they are going to kill me" text. An unexplained $999,000 payment to a separate "Clock Tower LLC" Delaware entity appears in the filing. FARA filings are public.
13. Show Faith by Works FARA filing, September 27, 2025 (8 days after Kirk's death) — San Diego LLC (Chad Schnikker); foreign-agent registration on behalf of Israel; contract date November 18, 2025; $3.2 million + $835K supplemental budget. Stated plan: geo-fenced digital campaign targeting major churches and Christian colleges across California, Arizona, Nevada, Colorado, plus a 10/7 VR-experience mobile trailer. FARA filing is public.
14. Accurate Energetic Systems (Tennessee) — USA Spending contract — opened May 1, 2025; anti-personnel charge delivery August 25, 2025; contract value ~$440K. The plant exploded October 10, 2025 — exactly one month after Kirk's death — felt 60 miles away. Contract data is public via USAspending.gov.
15. TPUSA Form 990 revenue history (Candid, formerly GuideStar): $2M → $4M → $8M → $10M → $23M → $55M → $80M → $85M. Form 990s are public IRS filings.
16. TPUSA UVU courtyard request — per Archive.org captures, TPUSA's website showed no UVU courtyard reference before July 18, 2025 — 54 days before the shooting. Wayback Machine is public.
17. Bishop Thomas J. O'Brien (Diocese of Phoenix, 2003) — first U.S. Catholic bishop ever charged with a felony (hit-and-run killing Jim Lee Reed). In 2002, under immunity, admitted a 22-year pattern of transferring accused-abuser priests. Public legal record.
18. Doug Terry retirement — documented in the St. George News retirement profile, December 17, 2025.
19. Mauser 98 serial 8863 (the rifle attributed to Robinson) — per the ATF report: one bullet jacket fragment + four lead fragments recovered, not a through-and-through wound pattern. Report is public via defense discovery.

Video/audio evidence that exists and can be reviewed

20. TMZ doorbell camera footage, 8:07 AM Sept 10 — figure in maroon T-shirt and light shorts walking the neighborhood. Footage is public.
21. TMZ doorbell camera, 11:49 AM Sept 10 — figure with a limp in different outfit. Footage is public.
22. UVU event full video (multiple angles) — shows shot at 12:23 PM, Kirk's reaction, 40-second SUV loading, Dan Flood's bicep-gesture at the moment of the gunshot, Terryl Farnsworth removing the rear-camera SD cards approximately 4 minutes after the shot. Footage is public.
23. George Zinn — multiple angles show Zinn handcuffed in the SUV-departure zone within approximately 108 seconds of the shot. Footage is public.
24. "USA USA USA" attendee — named on Sep 13, 2025 DM and public identification as James N. Rollinson Jr. (legally changed to David Sprague). His pre-scripted morning-after video, 90 minutes later "unhinged" video, and subsequent cipher-style X posts (beginning October 17, 2025) are all public.
25. Provo Police Service Channel scanner audio, September 10, 2025 — Sgt. Dupey radios that he is en route to Provo Airport to pick up "victim's wife arriving at 3:30." Scanner audio is publicly archived.
26. Washington County Sheriff's lobby surveillance video, September 11, 2025 — the department first told Two News "no records," then "30-day retention expired." A CBS FOIA appeal pleading implies the video exists. CBS's FOIA request window is public record.
27. Megyn Kelly's released backstage "go max" audio — Charlie Kirk instructing Tucker Carlson before Carlson's July 2025 AmFest speech. Audio is public.
28. Kirk's September 2, 2025 internal TPUSA memo — appointing Justin Streiff as COO and authorizing a "DOGE" audit. Memo published September 25, 2025. Document is publicly reproduced.
29. Sep 8–9, 2025 group-chat screenshot — confirmed authentic by Andrew Kolvet on air (Part 3, #18). Screenshot is public.

Single-source claims, flagged honestly

Every item below depends on reporting from Candace Owens or another single commentator with anonymous tipsters. They should be weighted as reporting, not as established fact. They are listed here so the document is honest about where the sourcing line sits — not because they are hidden elsewhere.

1. Single source ~$10 million missing from Turning Point Action, the PAC chaired by Tyler Bowyer. Owens' anonymous insiders, later said by her to have been confirmed. Streiff publicly denied the claim when asked.
2. Single source "Pierre" French donor calling Justin Streiff and Don Arrico (TPUSA Tampa) on September 10, 2025, seemingly knowing Kirk was dead before the public did. Owens' sources.
3. Single source Twelve Israeli-registered cell phone accounts (opened in Israel, not VPN-routed) on the ground at UVU on September 10. Owens' source said to be federal.
4. Single source Erika Kirk's whereabouts on September 10 — Hopkinson Aircrafts (unmarked-address brokerage inside Atlantic Aviation FBO, 14600 N Aircraft Drive, Scottsdale) when doctor confirmed Charlie's death by phone. Owens' source.
5. Partial Harry Myers's identification of the blue-eyed woman at Candlewood Suites (Fort Huachuca, September 8, 2025) as Erika Kirk, and the ex-special-forces man as Brian Harpel, both at 95–99% confidence. Myers is a named witness on camera; his presence at Fort Huachuca at those times is independently confirmed via check-in records and his son's on-record statement (#32 in Part 3). The identifications themselves are single-source.
6. Single source Kolvet's alleged statement to Owens ~72 hours after the shooting: "Candace, it was supposed to be you." Owens' first-person account. Kolvet has not publicly confirmed or denied.
7. Single source Three sources telling Owens that Kirk said "I think they're going to kill me" the day before his death. Owens' sources (one a TPUSA donor, two with written Kirk communications).

Things that have not happened

These are well-known absences — things that have not happened — which anyone can verify simply by looking for them. The absence of an action is itself a fact.

1. Erika Kirk has not publicly addressed the Egyptian planes, the Israeli cell phones, the Wilmington Delaware stop, the SAM jet to Fort Huachuca, the GIS surveillance plane, or the Haitian plane loop. Seven months post-event. Anyone can search for a public statement by her on any of these.
2. Turning Point has not released the Aspen August 2025 video of Charlie allegedly naming Erika as successor, despite donors and journalists publicly asking for it. The audio was played at AmFest December 2025; the video has not been released.
3. Netanyahu has not published the full text of Kirk's May 2, 2025 letter despite reading two sentences of it on Fox News.
4. The FBI has not publicly explained why the rifle is held at Quantico in Virginia while the case is prosecuted in Utah state court.
5. The FBI has not publicly explained why CBLA, a technique the FBI abandoned in 2005, is being proposed in this case.
